These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by LP Equity II, LLC, doing business as LP Equity (“LP Equity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
LP Equity uses SMS for individual, human-to-human conversations with people who have agreed to communicate with us by text message.
Messages may include requested contact information, document instructions, responses to questions, and follow-up regarding limited partnership interests, potential valuations, or transactions. LP Equity does not use this conversational SMS program for automated or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
You may consent to receive text messages from LP Equity verbally during a telephone conversation, in writing, electronically, or by sending a text message to an LP Equity telephone number.
By consenting, you authorize LP Equity to send conversational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entering into a transaction with LP Equity.

Message frequency varies depending on your communications and requested services.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. LP Equity is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from that LP Equity number unless you opt back in.
